International Shipping

Were you wondering if we ship internationally? Of course we do! We have a few things that you should know about before placing your order.

 

Shipping

We ship our International orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii. Most of the time the system will show an estimate for your international shipment, but sometimes your shipping cost will not display during checkout as we need exact box size and weight to provide accurate pricing. We will prepare a box with your order and send you email with your estimate and instructions after the order was placed. If you order needs to be prepared or consolidated in one box first, your payment will be split. First you will pay for just your items and once your order is prepared for the shipment, you will pay again. Certain items such as chemicals cannot be shipped Internationally. Please remember that some items might be a subject to size, weight & quantity restrictions.

All the orders going outside of the country will have an international tracking number, (so that you will be able to track it) as well as insurance for the full amount.

 

Timeframes

Unfortunately when it comes to international shipping, delivery time is something that is beyond our control. Shipping carriers as well as customs have a great impact on these, so please keep in mind that delivery times are not guaranteed! We have seen Global Express 3 days guaranteed delivered in 2 weeks and Basic Express Mail delivered in 5 days.

If you need your order by a certain date, please get hold of us first to make sure that we check it for you.

 

Destinations

We currently ship to most locations in Europe, Asia, Oceania and Latin America including APO/FPO Addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam (see registration form for full list). However we are not capable of shipping to a few select countries due to legal limitations. If you do not see your location please feel free to contact us.

 

Processing

Orders outside of the U.S. have the same processing time as normal orders. Sometimes it might take few extra days if you items are coming from multiple locations and needs to be consolidated. We will update you about the status of your order or any delays. Transit time is usually around 5 days or 3 to 5 weeks depending on customs and post career in your country. From our experience we recommend Express Mail shipping as it's fast and secure.

  

Payment options 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as PayPal or Bank wire transfer. Please give us an additional 3-5 days for the payment to clear, if you are planning on paying with wire transfer.

- Do I Have to Pay United States Taxes? 

- No. International orders are not taxable by the United States. 

  

Pricing, Taxes, Fees and Tariffs

All website pricing are in US Dollars. Our prices do not include any taxes, fees or tariffs imposed by the destination country and we are not responsible for any applicable taxes, tariffs, fees, brokerage charges, customs charges, or any other charge that may arise due to an international shipment. Also please note, that WE DO NOT MARK PACKAGES AS "GIFT" or ALTER THE VALUE.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Our normal return & exchange policies apply but you will need to pay for shipping on all returns and exchanges. Please check our page with General information about the returns.

 

Warranty

For warranty claims please contact DG Drones customer service. We will assist international customers with warranty claims, but items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is delayed, damaged or lost please let us know immediately (48 hours). We will assist customers with getting their money back, but please be prepared to provide some paperwork and wait. Keep all the packaging (damaged box, package paper etc) for verification with shipping carrier and be prepared to ship it back to us.

If your package is lost, you will be refunded for 100% of your package value (remember that everything comes insured). We will assist you, so that you will be able to get your refund.

Although we understand how frustrating it is to deal with lost or damaged packaged, there is not a lot we can do when it comes to dealing with post office procedures. Take a deep breath and keep in mind that we are always on your side and will try to assist you as much as possible. Depending on the shipping company it might take up to a month to complete an investigation and issue you a credit. Don't worry we will be there for you.

 

Credit Card Fraud

Due to high risk of fraud with international orders, it might take additional time and documentation for the payment to clear. For your protection and ours we may ask you to provide additional paperwork (such as ID's, copy of your bank statement etc) to prove eligibility of transaction and verify your credit card. We reserve the right to refuse the processing of any order if there is a possibility of credit card fraud.
